By having regular, meaningful conversations any day of the year, you build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on, so when the people in your world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to.

The Audi Foundation has partnered with R U OK? since 2017. The support of the Foundation has enabled R U OK? to travel across Australia, through every state and territory, as part of its Conversation Convoy. The Conversation Convoy travels to regional communities around the country to help Australians understand the important role they can play in looking out for their friends, family and colleagues.
